┃Keyboard will not Sync by ID setting 
Remove the batteries from the keyboard and press keys on the keyboard for approximately one minute. This will clear out the capacitors.
Make sure the receiver has connected with computer properly.
Follow the ID setting process to reset the ID code.
NOTE: You may need a pencil tip or other small tip to press the connect button
┃Can I save my settings and reload them later?
There are many reasons which will / cause this problem, please follow the check list below to find out the problem and solve it.
a. Is your batteries' life out of / date?
Change two new alkaline AA type batteries and set the ID again.
b. Is other similar Radio Frequency product beside your computer?
-Reset the ID.
-Try to move the receiver away from another receiver to decrease the interference ability.
Note. Please? kindly to check the specification in the effective range in radio transmit, that?means you can not move your receiver out this range with your keyboard.
c. Did you put receiver near your monitor or some of non-antimagnetic speaker?
Some of monitors have not good EMI protection, specially the old style CRT type monitor which is produced before year 2000, so please move your receiver away your monitor at least 10cm. Move receiver away from non- antimagnetic speaker at least 10cm too. move RF mouse away from RF keyboard more than 20cm.
┃Why do the keyboards have no function after you replace batteries?
That is because ID code is lost; Just follow the ID setting procedure to setup again.
┃How long need to change batteries?
The batteries' life will depend on the time you use every day, normally the batteries can be used almost 2-3 months in two alkaline AA type batteries.
┃Why do some of the multimedia keys can not work in windows 98 system , either in windows 2000 system?
The reason is that you havn't installed the multimedia driver,because some of the multimedia keys need driver in windows 98 or 2000 system. You can get the driver from your supplier , or download it from microsoft website.
┃Why do the keyboards have no function during / typing or after starting your computer ?
There are many reasons which will / cause this problem, please follow the check list below to find out the problem and solve it.
a. Did your keyboard connect to your computer properly?
Make sure your keyboard connected to your host properly and tightly first , or you can unplug the keyboard cable from your host and replug it.
b. Did your keyboard connect to your computer host properly before you start the computer(PS/2 keyboard only)?
Connect your PS/2 keyboard to your computer host properly and tightly, then retart your computer.
c. Did your keyboard work in normal condition?
make sure your keyboard work in normal condition( please follow the manual or specification ).
